Tailored learning

Awareness training for frontline staff in cultural venues.

See a Voice (funded by the Arts Council) wanted an exciting new e-learning project to provide consistent access training to customer-facing staff.

We created three hours of bespoke interactive content, split into modules to be tackled at the learner's own pace. Illustrated tutorials are augmented by access to relevant materials, ensuring that the learner is exposed to practical advice.

Previously, training had been a big challenge for theatres, where staff turnover in these roles is high, working patterns are varied, and training budgets are low – this solution provides an 'always on' resource so new staff can be trained anywhere and at anytime.
