An ipad app that offers daily support and guidance to staff throughout a 3 month induction.
We designed this web app from the ground up to support a 3 month induction process for sales staff across the whole of America. Daily activities are assigned to the learner, much like a to do list and offer a combination of online and offline activities.
Managers and trainers can communicate with the new starter and support them in their new job role via the app. The app forges relationships between colleagues across vast geographies and equips them to get off to a flying start.
