A pre-workshop activity to engage and connect people.
This diagnostic tool enables a person to find out more about their leadership style, in preparation for a face to face workshop about a new leadership framework. By answering a series of questions, they build up a visual avatar, based around the principle of head, heart and guts.
A range of famous leaders are used to help frame different traits. As the learner makes decisions they build-up a hybrid leader which becomes representative of their leadership style. The resulting avatar is entered into a gallery, offering a talking point between staff and a ‘way in’ to the new framework.
